I
was unaware of this play before attending this production so hence
was under no preconceptions as what to expect.
What
I got was an extremely well presented and staged 70 minutes of love,
sex, blackmail, leading to dishonour and murder as this talented
young company of Reef Al Lahiq, Decima Cardoza, Andrew Fitch, James
French, Emma Greenwell, Dan Hamilton and Aonghus Weber play out this
blood fest of multi characterisation with style.
The
simple but effective set is used to the utmost and the imaginative
direction of James Hartman certainly added to the spectacle.
If,
unlike me, you know the play I think you will like this version, if
you don't go anyway and give it a try.
