Looking for a fun way to start off a Fringe
day? Well if that is the case this is the show for you, that is
assuming you can get a ticket.
Following their success at Fringe 2006, a
slightly revised version is being presented by Handsome Chin
Entertainments.
Guy Moneysworth, Christopher Hill, has
summoned his family and one or two other to his house to announce
who is going to be his heir. However, before he can do so he is
shot.
His brother Ernest, Gilchrist Muir, sister
Faith, Lauren Silver, sons Dick and Cuthbert, Keith McLeish and Dan
Connolly, even cousin Gertie, Annie Walker are all under suspicion
from Miss Fanny Marbles, Gemma McIlhinney a sleuth who is on the
guest list, but where does French siren Fifi fit in? Who has shot
Guy? Perhaps the Butler did it?
With an amalgam of song, melodrama and almost
farce at times together with a well written script and good
acting performances this very
intentional tongue in cheek production provides the answers.
Tickets are quite difficult to get hold of,
but it would well be worth you while trying to do so.
