The trouble with impro comedy is that no matter how good the cast may or may not be it is difficult to work without reasonable suggestions and a responsive audience, and unfortunately the show I was at, both were marginal.

The five strong crew of Carmel Brown, Matt Borgatti, Neil Jackson, John Robinson with special guest James Blakey gave it a go, but for me the overall effect was that I thought this years version a pale imitation of last years delight.

However, the beauty of a show like this is that there will be no two days the same, and given the obvious talent to hand, a few decent suggestions and a more lively audience and you never know.
