You work in TV but you’re ideas are falling
on deaf ears, so how do you go about selling your idea to your boss.
Do you put her into the situation of the
heroine or leading lady in your show?
Or do you just take her to the haunted Inn
close to her home town which is due to be blown up in the morning.
Norma, a high profile producer takes time out of
her busy schedule to spend a night alone at ‘the Inn of the Three
Sisters’, it is the last ever opportunity to fulfill a child hood
promise to herself to stay in the reputedly haunted Inn as it is about
to be destroyed the next day.
Far from the quiet night she expects several
strange, unsavoury or spooky characters appear as if from nowhere. Not
normally having time to socialise, could she have found romance? Her
attraction to the tall stranger deepens as the night goes on.
This is a cleverly written piece, lacking in
proper entrances and exits, had there been more if these the performers
would have found it simpler not to run into characters they are not
supposed to see. Performed with gusto and seemingly great
enjoyment.
Once again there was no information about this
company or the performers. They have chosen a clever vehicle to display
their talents. If they had half as much fun performing this show we all
had a great time.
