Rumplestiltskin

A charming traditional fairy story, with catchy participation numbers, lovely costumes, beautiful voices and most of all a lesson to be learnt from the characters.

A totally enjoyable hour watching the story of 'Rumplestiltskin' with one or two twists and extra characters. This version of the musical appeared in Edinburgh in 2000 with an adult cast, this version by ‘The Unknown Theatre Company’ brings their much younger cast for their fifth appearance at the Fringe. The atmosphere is electric and the cast enthusiastic. They obviously love to perform and this spills out to the audience who enjoy the show.

The cast are Amy Rooney, Steven Donoghue, Kerry Donovan, Emma Batchelor, Lauren Roberts, Andrew Machin, Kim Littlechild, Matthew Holmquist, Dafydd Gape and Matthew Atkins. The supporting Company are Victor Atkins, Jane Donoghue, Ben Davies, Lucy Chiplin, Annette Littlechild and Steven Elson.
