Shazia Mirza  -  Fun!

Shazia Mirza, one of the few Asian women comics around, she doesn't have an easy time from her culture, even to the extent of getting death threats from some and she shares these with her packed house, together with other aspects of the fun she has had this year.

The recipient of a strict upbringing, Shazia had never been to a concert before, until this year and her experiences provide part of her set, together with a visit to Buckingham Palace, shopping at Primark together with a fair amount of her cultural stuff.

Shazia is not an hilarious comic, she is however extremely entertaining with her own style, but on occasions seems to lack self belief, and I cannot understand why given the material and ability she undoubtedly has.
