Rob Heeney - I'm Better Than My Dad

Ron Heeney is billed as the Isle of Man's funniest, possibly only comedian and he is making his Fringe debut with his offering 'I'm better than my Dad.'

The show opens with a series of pictures of Rob with his family, accompanied by Cat Stevens' song Father and Son which reinforces the shows message.

He is a personable chap, with a fine delivery and some good , funny material, mostly based on his life both personal and professional, and he has some wicked gags interspersed occasionally with elements of pathos.   

I will be looking out for him in the future as I'm sure he is destined for a good future in the world ofcomedy, just don't let him near Friends Reunited again!!
